The Preston Sands Hotel in Paignton, more popularly known as the ‘The Hotel on the Beach is situated directly opposite the large sandy beach of Preston Sands. Ideally located in the heart of the English Riviera, on the South Devon coastline, the Hotel occupies a peaceful spot with no through traffic. The Local amenities of Paignton, including other beaches, the quaint harbour and town centre are all on the level and just a short distance from the Hotel, ideal for a stroll after breakfast or before/after dinner.

All 32 bedrooms are fully modernised and well appointed with en-suite facilities and either a bath or shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities and central heating for the cooler winter evenings.

The newly refurbished dining room has magnificent panoramic views across the bay, making this one of the most stunning locations to enjoy a relaxing meal.

The lounge/bar is a great area of the hotel for quiet moments to read a book or enjoy a cup of tea or G&T in peace and quiet.

A popular spot to spend an hour or so is the fabulous Sun Terrace. The magnificent views from the terrace entice you to sit in the sunshine, order a drink or two from the bar and perhaps enjoy a light snack and just take in the surroundings and one of the finest views of the Riviera.
